WHAT IS YOUR CURRENT TURNAROUND TIME FOR SUBLIMATED APPAREL?
With having our own manufacturing factory, we can control all production – allowing us to produce faster than many other suppliers in the industry.
Once approvals are received, we can turn around team uniforms in 3-4 weeks. However timings may change due to production schedules, order quantities and design intricacies.
CAN I GET MY ORDER COMPLETED FASTER THAN YOUR STANDARD TURNAROUND TIME?
Yes, however this all depends on production schedules. For an express turn around a rush surcharge may be added. Please speak to your account manager.
HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE I WEAR?
We pride ourselves on customer service, so to ensure our clients order the correct sizes we have sizing sample sets available, this allows you to try on the apparel and also allows you to determine the correct fit. To further assist, we also provide sizing charts.
CAN I SEE SAMPLES OF THE PRODUCTS BEFORE I PLACE THE ORDER?
Yes. We have a wide range of quality samples available for viewing in our showroom based in Osborne Park alternatively our sales staff are happy to meet with you and bring samples.

HOW DO I GET MY ARTWORK FILES TO YOU?
There are several ways you can send your artwork to us:
- E-mail to email@example.com
- Provide artwork on a USB.
HOW DO WE ENSURE THAT OUR COLOURS ARE CORRECT?
To ensure colours are correct we have colour fabric swatches available in our Showroom to colour match your existing garments. Alternatively if you have access to Pantone (PMS) Numbers this also helps us with colour matching. We can also provide printed fabric swatches of your order before bulk production or send your samples direct to the factory for colour matching.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY APPAREL IS DEFECTIVE?
If the apparel has a defect due to a craftsmanship error, zipper or fabric defect, we will repair or replace the garment free of charge. Items not cared for as per wash instructions or have been exposed to Velcro will not be replaced.
WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept several methods of payment for custom apparel:
- VISA, MasterCard & EFTPOS
- Personal and/or business cheques made out to ID Athletic Pty. Ltd.
- Direct Bank transfers
AM I ALLOWED TO MAKE ANY DESIGN AND/OR COLOUR CHANGES ONCE I SUBMIT MY ORDER?
Yes. You are allowed to make revisions to your design(s) once you see the original concept, however the more revisions you make, the longer the process takes. Additional revisions may be subject to additional charges and production delays. Changes can not be made after artwork has been approved. Please check all artwork details carefully. We will not be responsible for any mistakes once the artwork has been approved.
